Aero Charter has always prioritized safety when it comes to our customers and employees, and now even more so with the evolving coronavirus outbreak. As the pandemic continues to evolve, we wanted to let you know how Aero Charter is proactively addressing your concerns.
We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and have been communicating with our staff on health officials’ advice. Employees have been briefed on the importance of social distancing, respiratory etiquette, proper hygiene, etc. Furthermore, policies have been modified so that sick and at-risk employees are incentivized to stay home.
For our passengers’ sakes, we have instituted additional cleaning of public areas, and our facilities are being sanitized at frequent intervals. Our aircraft are cleaned and sanitized before every flight.
We continue to operate and fly as normal but are fully prepared to adjust our schedules given the quick spread of the virus and the guidelines issued by the CDC and The World Health Organization.
